1. Eligibility

The Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Mangamo Inc (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) or household members of such individuals are not eligible to enter or win.

2. Sponsor

This Giveaway is sponsored and administered by Mangamo Inc contact@mangamo.com. 

3. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins at 12:00 AM PDT on May 15, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM on May 22, 2025 (“Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

To enter, follow the official Mangamo account on X and Instagram, and complete the entry instructions outlined in the giveaway post (e.g., like, comment, share, tag). Limit one (1) entry per person unless otherwise stated. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. An X and/or Instagram account is necessary to enter. 

5. Prizes

1x My Love Story with Yamada-kun at Lv999 Volume 1 & 2 printed in Japanese. Prizes are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and may not be substituted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will take place on or after May 18, 2025. Winners will be notified via direct message or comment reply on the social media platform used for entry. Winners must respond  within 48 hours with a valid mailing address to claim their prize or an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Publicity Release

By entering, participants grant Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and entry content (if applicable) for promotional purposes in any media without further compensation or notice, unless prohibited by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the Giveaway or use of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) any technical errors or human errors that may occur in the administration of the Giveaway; (ii) entries that are late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, or undeliverable.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the Giveaway as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Terms and Conditions.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

This Giveaway and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under or related in any way to this Giveaway shall be resolved individually and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Japan, and entrants consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

11. Privacy

Any personal information collected from entrants will be used solely for the administration of this Giveaway and will be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at https://www.mangamo.com/privacy-policy.
