Float City

The "Country of East" is known for its dictatorship and malicious human experiments on underground citizens known as "unders." Meanwhile, the "Country of West" speaks for "democracy" but is notorious for sending its citizens to battle in the name of freedom. Two great wars have already devastated both nations, but another will soon begin as several revolutionary armies rise up to fight. And among the coming chaos, a man named Leo searches for his son accompanied by a former imperial slave who lost all of her limbs.
