2036. Tokyo, ravished by the radioactive contamination caused by an accident at a nuclear power plant, is now in lockdown. "COPPELION," a special unit of the third division of Japan's Ground Self Defense Forces made up of three high school girls, genetically engineered to be impervious to radioactivity, is sent in to Tokyo; "The City of Death."
